How can my show participate ?

Now that you realise the advantages of accepting on-line entries it is very simple for you to sign-up on behalf of your club. With reduced administration effort for both wine clubs and exhibitors, you cannot afford not to participate.

Simply click here to email us advising sufficient details about your show(s) to enable us to make an assessment of your requirements and establish your show. Once established you will be contacted for confirmation and provided with your club's password protected login details so that you can manage your show administration.

Published Show Schedule ?

To the right is our OZentries "On-line Entries Available" logo for use on all published show schedules. It is important that when you prepare your show schedule this must be included on the show schedule to ensure that exhibitors are made aware that on-line entries are being taken at your show.

To download this image go to our Downloads Page or place your mouse pointer on this image, right click the mouse, choose "save picture as" and then point to the location to save the file. This is a colour JPG image and is the most universally accepted format.

What we offer ?

• On-line entry for all wine shows that agree to participate for their competitions.
• Ability to pay by credit card, bank direct deposis or cheque by post.
• Use of our SSL secure server for collection of all credit card information. For added security, credit card numbers are definitely not stored on any on-line database or distributed to any third parties.
• Production of a tax invoice as a printable summary with unique receipt number for every exhibitor who submitted an on-line entry, plus an auto-generated email response containing summary details.
• Club login (password protected) for event co-ordinators to manage their show administration. This includes access to a display of exhibitors and entries received so far, ability to close on-line entries for their own event/s and to download exhibitor and entry files (in CSV for Excel Spreadsheet format) for use in catalogue preparation.

Event Co-ordinator Support ?

While the process that we have designed is simple and straight forward, we do realise that event co-ordinators may need some help through the initial stage of working wirh on-line entries.
